V Dot Nam (formerly known as Nam Da Engineer) has decided to release the debut album of Cut Throat Cartel in a mixtape format. Featuring Cartelions like J Money, Big Botha, K Train, Rob Da Hook King, SparkDawg, Green City, FedTyme and much more. After setting up shop in Central Texas, these Boyz locked down the streets as well as the rap game. Being known for their record store in Lilleen, Underground Etc, the Detroit Circuit connected Detroit & Texas together in music. This is before Nam added Ohio. Also this is the indroduction of their version of choppin' and screwin, called S.D.C.U. (Slowd Down & Choppd Up) and Swang & Swerved.
